Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before proceeding with an enquiry or booking.

1. Profile Privacy & Access

Due to privacy, security and confidentiality reasons, celebrity profiles are not displayed publicly or shared directly with every client.

Profiles are shared after receipt of the applicable token deposit. Our team provides suitable profile options according to the client's preferred date, city, budget and requirements.

2. Token Deposit

The applicable token deposit depends on the requested category:

• Standard Celebrity: ₹10,000
• TV Actress / Movie Actress: ₹25,000
• Big Banner Celebrity: ₹40,000

The token amount is collected before profile coordination. Once a booking is confirmed, the deposited token amount will be adjusted against the final booking amount.

3. Indicative Budget Range

• Social Media Influencers & Models: ₹2–5 Lakh
• TV Actresses & Movie Actresses: ₹5–15 Lakh
• South Indian Movie Actresses: ₹15–25 Lakh
• Big Banner Bollywood & South Actresses: ₹25–50 Lakh and above

Final fees depend on category, availability, booking date, location and requirements.

4. Booking Advance

• Existing Clients: 25% advance
• New Clients: 50% advance
• Big Banner Bookings: 100% advance
• International Travel Bookings: 100% advance

The applicable advance payment is required for booking confirmation.

5. Advance Payment Timeline

• Standard Celebrity Bookings: Payment must be completed 3–4 days before the scheduled date.
• Movie & Big Banner Celebrity Bookings: Payment must be completed 7–15 days before the scheduled date.

6. Hotel & Travel Expenses

Hotel accommodation, airfare, local transportation and other travel-related expenses are additional and are not included in the quoted fees unless agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Availability & Booking Confirmation

All enquiries and booking requests are subject to availability and final confirmation. Sharing profiles or discussing fees does not guarantee a confirmed booking.

A booking is confirmed only after the required payment and written confirmation.

8. Age, Consent & Lawful Use

All participants must be adults aged 18 or above and participate voluntarily. EscortCelebrity does not support coercion, exploitation, trafficking, impersonation or any unlawful activity.

9. Agreement

By proceeding with an enquiry, token deposit or booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
